(2 layered product using a Thermally bonded non woven) – Fabric for Surgical Gown that meets and/or exceeds requirement of AATCC-42, AATCC-127 and ASTM F1670-B (Resistance of materials in protective clothing to penetration by synthetic blood) to meet Level 4 of AAMI.
TOP LAYER: A highly flexible polyurethane membrane with a high level of air and water vapor permeability, while providing a protective-barrier that is proofed against moisture, fluids, particles, and airborne pathogens.
BOTTOM LAYER: A thermally bonded non-woven fabric with excellent tear, tensile and elongation strengths. It provides pliability and softness for comfort.
(3 layered product using a Chemically bonded non woven) – Fabric for Surgical Gown that meets and/or exceeds requirement of AATCC-42, AATCC-127 and ASTM F1670-B (Resistance of materials in protective clothing to penetration by synthetic blood) to meet Level 4 of AAMI.

Standard production lead-time of 50,000 yd is 3 weeks for all products based on a first come first serve basis.
